  • Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

  • Ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.

  • Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.  Feedback guest complaints to Supervisor/ Housekeeping Manager promptly. 

  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
